I just want to thank you for the good service we experienced at your airport recently. We were flying with 2 small children, and lots of baggage, and your staff went out of their way to make the experience simple and very enjoyable (completely contrary to the very bad service we received from ACSA at the other end!). We were received by a golf car next to our car, and helped all the way past check in. Your security staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to make the trip as painless as possible for us.
Keep up the good service, I will never fly out of OR Tambo if I have the option to use Lanseria instead!
