We recently flew from Lanseria to Cape Town. My wife had a cracked pelvis and was using a walking frame. The help received in the way of a wheel chair and priority service at check in counter and later boarding the aircraft was phenomenal. We cannot thank the airport personnel enough who made the task so easy!
