8 months of from supervisors and managers at the call centre all documented via email. Call centre messed up my booking (as proved on recorded voice call). Promises (via email) to rectify my bookings and not done. Then promises to reimburse me by giving me free voyager miles (also on email) not done. About 20 calls not returned by various managers. All this is on email which i have forwaded to various supervisors. When they see it they tell me how shocked they are and then they do nothing about it. I never complain re customer service, but never have seen something like this in my life. Anyone who just read the email correspondence to see the would be in shock!!!
