I resigned and submitted my application on the end of may 2013. Since the submission of the application the application went back more than 10times. Due to missing documents and various errors. Called daily to the call centre. spoke to several supervisors however no one able to give serv. Was promised that a mr logab will call me back however never ever got a call. Called the call centre again and no managers available to assist or told they not in. Its 4 months im needing to book airline tickets for s job opportunity however had to delay it duento imcompotant staff members and supervisors thats refusing to expitite my application. Ive sent server emails and letters to the enquiries email no response as well.
The service at the call centre is pathetic and yet again the gives a bad name of goverment staff
