Claims not paid Call center manager not answering

I have emailed a complaint to call centre regarding the account that was not paid. They told me that the account will be paid on the 01/02/2013 but they didnt. On the 04/02/2013 when i called i spoke to one of the Agents by the name of Leaonard Netshindu... and he hanged up the phone on me telling me that the managers are in a meeting and i called again then i spoke to Nathan Cupido who made me wait for more than an hour on the phone telling me that the manager by the name of Shafeeka is in the meeting with supervisors. I have then sent email to pne of the supervisors and requested a read receipt. I saw it when he read my email but i was told that they are in the meeting.

i WOULD PLEASE LIKE MY WIFE'S HOSPITAL ACCOUNT TO BE PAID ASAP...:(
