My Fiance and I attended a Marketing evening at one of the DVC venues, we were then persuided that this is a good deal, we signed up and only realised 2 years later that we can no longer afford the package. This is when I contacted the accounts division and was advised to write a letter which my Fiance did, needless to say it was declined. The reasons for cancellation is that we can't afford, with the inflation rate increasing we had to cut down down. I was then told that my account can be suspended for 3 months but they will use my existing points to cover for the 3 months.
Fact is, I do not have the funds to cover the installment every month and need this to be cancelled. With the new CPA a client has the write to cancel, I did not use your services and its not something I had in my hands that you can say I used it and now I am refusing to pay. Please re-look at this as I will be seeking Consumer Protection assistance.
