Cancellation of Policy

Good Day
To whom it may concern, I have tried on numerous occassions to cancel the policy with flexi club, i was not advised about the cancellation policy nor was i advised about how long does this policy last neither was i explained how funds of a different nature get debited from my account.

I was advised that i would need to wait 5 years in order to cancel this policy which doesnt make sense to me, how does a person need to wait 5 years to cancel a policy, i mean its my money at the end of the day,

I advised the consultant that i spoke to that i was not able to afford these repayments and was advised someone will be calling me to assit me further i am still waiting.

I have sent emails to Tony the consultant that assisted in Cape Town, and still have not recieved any feedback,

Please can you look into this urgently and cancel my policy as i cannot afford it.

Your urgent assistance in this regard is much appreciated.
