I want my discount

Hi,

I booked a flight on Kulula and I received a discount since I am on Vitality. I want to change my booking now and I am told I have to pay R450. I do not have a problem with the change fee but why is it that I do not get discount on the new booking? Cand someone please explain? It is as good as making a new booking and losing the initial one mos! So confused and disappointed in Kulula!
