I have now flown twice with Mango in 2 weeks. Both times my locks was broken off and my suitcase was searched. The first time I accepted it and just reported it. The second time they some belongings out of my suitcase. When I reported it, Mango's answer was it is not their responsibility. How convenient? I wrote a letter to their management. I received a response from them stating they are sorry to hear about my sons lost... and further down they referred to my my daughters traumatic experience... and actually it was my own suitcase that was damaged. This clearly shows you how important clients are to them.
I think this is really ridiculous and will never use this airline again!
