SINCE MY REPORTED INCIDENT OF MAKING PAYMENT IN LAST YEAR JAN 2012, AND TO FLY IN MARCH. I RECEIVED A FORM FROM VELVET SKY WHEN I COMPLAINED AND THEY SENT ME A FORM TO COMPLETE TO GET A REFUND. ITS NOT MY FAULT IF THEY WERE STILL TAKING BOOKINGS AND PEOPLES MONEY WHILST THEY KNEW THEY HAD A PROBLEM. THEY OWE ME OVER R3000.00. BUT AS YOU ALL WELL KNOW WE DONT GET A RESPONSE, BY EMAIL, TELEPHONE, MAIL, POST. NOTHING. DO THEY THINK PEOPLE ARE JUST GOING TO GO AWAY. I WANT MY FREAKING MONEY. WE HAVE TO STAND UP TO THESE RUTHLESS PEOPLE, AND SO DO THE POOR SOULS WHO HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR A RIDE WITH ONE TIME. AND THESE WANT TO OPEN ANOTHER AIRLINE. WE MUST JUST BOYCOTE THEM... HAD ENOUGH
