On the 3/11/13 I withdrew money from a FNB atm but the money was not dispensed. I then contacted FNB on the 4/11/13 and I was informed to fill in a form that was mail to me and it would take 5 working days to reverse my funds back to my account, up until today I have not received my money back and it turns out I was given the wrong form and procedure that will follow.
When I call FNB I get transferred from one department to the other and no one is taking ownership of this problem. I have spoken to various people in your Organization yet no is able to help me, here I was thinking your company motto was "how can we help you" obviously you cant.
What am i to do now
