IPAD FOUND BUT NOT RETURNED

On 31 Jan I flew on LAM Flight TM333 from Vilanculos to O.R. Tambo. I accidentally lefy my IPAD on the plane.i reported this to LAM staff & Manager Mr Manyisa, advised me at 19h15 that my IPAD had been found when the plane landed in Beira.

I arrived at ORTIA the following morning as arranged to collect my IPAD and was told by Tanya (LAM) the IPAD had been found but had not yet arrived. After two senior staff had confirmed my IPAD had been found the story changed to an " Envelope" being found - not an IPAD.

This is clearly UNBELIEVABLE .It would seem that someone with LAM has decided to keep my IPAD.Apart from the cost of the IPAD, I have many personal files now lost and this has caused tremendous emotional distress to myself & family. The fact that two employees confirmed the IPAD had been found prior to the story to be changed only added to my distress.

I AM BITTERLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE TREATMENT BY LAM & WILL ADVISED ALL MY FAMILY & FRIENDS TO AVOID LAM AT ALL COST!!!

Recommendation: The management should strongly consider investigating this matter in detail as the incident brings into question the company's INTEGRITY.
