I made an online booking at the FLYSAA website. The booking itself was without complications. However, at the end of the booking I was asked if I wanted Travel Guard for an extra R40. I confirmed that this was what I wanted but when I submitted the request I received the following error message:
We were unable to process your request, external error occurred, please try again.
I then phoned the 0861 FLYSAA number. I was redirected to a 011 978 1000 reservations number. I was told I could not get insurance from that location and had to got back to the FLYSAA website. I did this but received the same error. I then tried to contact someone via the CONTACT US link and received a 404 error message.
In addition, the website does not make provision for people who only have mobile numbers as it insists on one filling in a land line number.
Some assistance from SAA would be great.
