It was the first time that I have done a booking through Safarinow. I usually make use of other booking websites and thought, let me take a chance and see how it goes. Myself and my hubby stayed at the Georgian Hotel this past weekend. Wow, the service was horrendous and the food terrible. What a waste of money and a well deserved away weekend! Only good thing I have to say is that the bed was comfortable. According to the Safarinow website there are aircons in the rooms. A roof fan which barely works is not my idea of a aircon. There was a hairdryer as advertised, however, no suitable plug to use the hairdryer. I do not feel like going into detail, but seriously, you people should go and visit the places you advertise on your website, before you actually advertise the hotel, and go under cover, so that you can also get the terrible service we received!
