Paying for service upfront but not getting it

I Griselda Tsani booked a Translux bus from East London to Pretoria for 17:00 on 17 February 2013.
First ticket was amended by hand from East Londo Railway Station to Windmill Station and the agent didnt sign the amendment. Then i got to Windmill Station at 16:30 a Translux drver misled me and said my bus wasnt there yet. I waited only to discover that my bus left at 16:15.Now no-one called me!! why take down my number for an emergency when you dont even call? then i was told about a policy that doesnt affect me cause i didnt get the service i paid for. IS THIS HOW YOUR GUYS DO BUSINESS?
