On Sunday 15 December I took my 2 children to the airport to be booked in on a flight from Cape Town To Lanseria. When we booked in, I asked for the child assistance person, that I booked in advance, to come an take my children to the airplane.
The lady came walking in with her hair still in a mess.(must have been asleep somewhere). She did not smile. She looked at us and just stuck out her hand. She did not even say good morning to us. We presumed that she meant for us to give her the children s tickets, so we gave it to her. She then walked off to the terminal security check-in not saying a word. We presumed that we needed to follow her. So we did. She then stopped at a gate and looked at us with her "droopy" eyes. We asked het if this is where we need to say good buy to the kids and she just nodded.
I was in total shock with the ABSOLUTE unprofessional manner of this lady. I will NEVER EVER fly with KULULA again.
