I book an ticket on this busline this morning and i was told you must be there before 11H00 because the bus departure at 11:30 if you late you will not be refund at the time of this complane 12H50 no bus yet all the people waitng two hours what sort of service is this I phone the head office they do not know will find out 20 min no feedback is this what we must get use to in the new South Africa??? sorry service sucked
