I purchased a ticket in April to go to B/West the following day I was told they on strike and that they will not be driving as normal, I made alternate arrangements and had to book with Greyhound, I have been calling them ever since then to get a refund and everytime I call I just get excuse after excuse.
They were happy to take my money but very reluctant to give it back.
I am very unhappy and dissapointed with the service received from them, I will never reccomend Translux to anyone.
It has been almost 3 months and I still have not received my refund for the money I had paid, I have spent so much time and money calling after them.
I think their service is pathetic, they first told me that they did not receive the information they requested from me, and later on when I called again they told me they had found it.
It makes me wonder what the experience would have been like, had I gone on the journey using them, if their administration team has such poor customer service, I can just imagine what the experience on the bus would be like.
I am angry and I want my money back, I dont think it is right to pay for a service you have not made of.
