UNWANTED UPGRADE DUE TO NONDISCLUSRE

28/03/2012: Andy Maepo marketed the upgrade of my existing membership sayin that the annual fee would not be more that R5000, she would be my personal assistant, she would call me every month to find out if I needed assistance, my first debit order will be on 1 July 2012, I would receive a VIP membership for Magaliesburg. Based on all these services which were going to be rendered I decided to upgrade, but to do so I had to pay a deposit of R5000. In September I called to make a booking only to find that Andy was not available and to date no one contacted me despite my many attempts to get help. My first installment went off (R1126.36) thereafter i received a letter that the annual fee increase is R7401.83 of which I was told would not be more than R5000. 18 Sept I sent a letter complaint (to various emails 3x) to downgrade my membership as I would not be able to afford this steep increase. I have received calls from Gerald, Louanah, Prabeshni, Anishia, Tina, & Maria demanding payment and am now receiving final demand letters. I am not willing to pay anything until my complaint has been dealt with coz the money they are demanding is not what was agreed on.
