I have 250000 Virgin Atlantic Miles and have now for the past 2 years been unsucceful in using them. I have tried to book flight 10 to 12 months in advance and there are NEVER any flights available to use my mileage on. My miles expires in April 2013 and I just tried to book flights for December 2013 or January 2014 and was yet again told there is no flights available. This is shocking and anacceptable. We earn those miles by being loayl and then get shunted to the dustbin when you want to use them!!
