In 2012 I was fully paid up & made a booking for July 2013.
Oct is my renewal of levies & points for 2013.
I am in the process of selling my points & I have to paid the Levy for 2013 & still loose my booking for July.
The booking for July was done on the costs of 2012 but now if I sell I loose it & have to pay levies for 2013!
just to sell, the levy for 2013 is now paid but I refuse to allow them to take away the booking I have made as well.
This is utter! They wont put the transfer through until I have agreed to this.
