When last have you done checks on the amount of people who travel from Town Centre to Tygervalley in the mornings?? I have recently laid a complaint with regards to the bus arriving late every morning, i was told it would be looked into, but the bus is still coming late every morning. I also asked about looking at having express busses from Town Centre to Tygervalley, surely you will notice the amount of tygervalley-Mitchells plain tickets purchased?? Why cant you provide an express bus service for these people? I implore you to see reason and i will continue to ask until there is a satisfactory answer. I thought that GABS is continually looking for ways to improve customer service?? I really hope you can take this seriously
