BUSES LATE EVERY MORNING

For the past three days ive been on time at the station only to find that the usual bus i take every morning and that usually brings me to work on time is now more than 10 minutes late every morning. im not sure if the times of the buses have changed but if so your customers needs to be informed. Im very unhappy as this has gotten me into trouble at work, i feel that we pay 100 rand everyweek for a clipcard only to be disapointed by the service time and time again, this is not the only thing thats bad about golden arrow in general, if its not the late coming then its bus drivers with the worst attitudes in the world, what ever happend to being curteous towards a PAYING customer? The late coming or changing of schedules of buses is my main concern at this point because its having an impact on my work, how will this be resolved, do i have to write to golden arrow myself or should i find ways of taking this further because this is seriously unacceptable, i could just take an earlier bus but ive got kids to see to in the morning and i only finish up with them at 6.30 then get to town centre just before 6.40 in which time there is always a bus ready to leave and we've been standing leav
