I am totally upset with the poor performance of metrorail this morning I stood on Eikenfontein from 05:30am no train came the 1 arrived 06:15 full people hanging out
When you ask people working on the station what's the reason they simply answer you "I dnt know"
I can't come to my workplace late and tell my manager reason for my late coming is I don't know
I would really love for metrorail to get us to our destinations on time
They gone up with the prices of tickets but delivering poor service wht are we as consumers paying for, to get fired for late coming
They put on a notice boards prices going up from the 1st of june but there's people like me who by it before the time that's paying the new price they need to communicate propely not say the 1st when its already up
If they keep on with this perfomance they going to loose customers... very upset I only gt to work @ 9 and I work in Cape Town
