PATHETIC SERVICE: BUS ALWAYS LATE

To whom it may concern:
I live in the Strandfontein Area and the Bus going to Claremont in the mornings are Always late. The 06h25 bus arrives in Strandfontein only @ 06h55, the 06h40 arrives @ 07h15 why do i bother getting up early only to arrive Late @ work EVERYDAY. I cannot tell my boss everyday the Bus Was Late Again this morning. Strandfontein is also a community who travels to all the different parts of the Western Cape why are we not provided with more Buses for our convenience? Why must i eventually take a Taxi to Wynberg and then a Bus to Claremont to arrive early @ work when I spend money on a Clip-card? Now I have to pay for a taxi and a clip-card when the Time Table clearly states their are buses in the mornings? Their are No buses in the mornings going to Wynberg in our area listed on their Time Tables, but every morning I see 3-4 buses going to Wynberg coming through Strandfontein but nothing listed on their website. Golden Arrow you need to start providing a Better Service to the Strandfontein community.

Very bad service indeed!
