RIPP OFF AND WORST SERVICE

Mango airlines have by far disgusted me in their client service, and having first- hand experience of a overseas holiday turned into nightmare, due to unsympathetic, arrogant staff at CT Int airport on duty 19/1/2013, JHB flight were scheduled on 19/1/2013 at 16h50.Due to having tyre burst on our way to the airport we arrived at the check-in 16H13.The staff was rude, arrogant, acted with no empathy, especially the manager on duty, Anwynn Williams, she was in no way helping us to successfully board the plane. As explained to her we had an accident, she was shouting at us, telling us that it's not her problem she can't stop a plane from flying. We asked she radio to the captain to advise we checking in, on our way, we were prepared to leave our suitcases and not check-in luggage. She was not concerned, didn't show empathy, instead sold tickets to go to Lanseria when she knew our itinerary is to have a connecting flight to Abu-Dhabi at OR Tambo. We travel quite a lot, and many times the captain announces they are waiting for the last passengers to board, when its way past take-off time. Why couldn't Anwynn Williams help, what did 5mins make. She costed us extra R13000.Mango conned us&still no response.
