Poor service

I am a member of QVC and i have been trying since last year to use my points. First of all i cant get through to their contact numbers. I called them since last year without succeeding and i also send them emails and i get to get the emails that says one of the consulted will contact me as soon as possible and no one has ever contacted me. Sometime they ask me to send me the membership number and id number which i did, and no one has ever contacted me. I tried also faxing and the number is invalid. So i live in Switzerland and to call their number is impossible. i will be going to SA and wants to use my points as i have been paying for them for more than 5 years. I tried booking also on line and they keep on telling me that the password is wrong. So i am begging to think that one of them is using my points that's why they not taking me serious. I don't know who to contact and what to do about this. Last year i booked and payed for the hotels while i have points that i am paying every month, and its expensive.
