This just a request rather then a complaint.
Today I was travelling home from Claremont to Manenberg. Between Landsdowne and Turfhal Roadl two coloured males boarded the bus and sat down. When the Bus passed the terminus at Hanover Park on of the guys pulled out a gun and proceeded to rob the passengers aboard including myself of my mobile phone
what would like to know is what plan has Golden arrow buses have to ensure the safety of their passengers as this is not the first time that their was a incident where patrons were robbed at gun point aboard a bus!!! Someone could have been seriously hurt or killed. Please Golden Arrow Look into a safety plan for your patron's
