As a Golden Arrow Bus commuter, I would like to lodge a complaint with regards to the services provided to passengers that reside in Belhar. Myself as well as other commuters are not satisfied in the manner in which the route from City to Belhar is delegated. There is a minimum of this route already and then a decision is made to cancel certain buses due to festive season. It would be nice to acknowledge those that do work through the festive season in order to get to work on time and be able to get home to families at decent hours. To finish off at 16h30 and then have to wait for a bus that leaves at 17h40 is very unreasonable.

I feel that bus routes should be delegated evenly among areas in Cape Town. There are areas that have buses available to them every 10-30 minutes and Belhar area needs to wait for up to 1 hour to 1h30min. This is not reasonable and to top it off the buses are cancelled on the last minute making it difficult for certain commuters to get home and have to make alternate arrangements. It would make sense to have more buses available to Belhar as those catered for other areas. It needs to be acknowledged that there is a Belhar area to cater for.
