On 21.1.13 I was informed per e-mail that the service (round trip Parow North to Parklands) would be discontinued as of 31.1.2013. On 30.1.2013 Carla phoned me early in the morning to let me know that the bus would be appr. 1 hour late as one of their buses had rolled. Later in the morning she told me that I could make my own arrangement, if I wanted to. I declined as everybody I knew was at work. So I waited for the bus in vain and lost a day's work. At 5.18 next morning I received an sms stating I should find my own way and bill her. I sent her an e-mail, billing her for 1 day missed work and the next days' travelling expenses. I set a time limit. I am still waiting for a refund as at least 2 other people - who have used the travelling service - do. This incident was the last straw. The buses were often late or far too early, the bus drivers ignored simple traffic rules, took unnecessary detours. Often, when the buses were late, she did not answer her phone.
