Driver refusing to drive the route

I am seriously disgusted by the driver of the Golden Arrow Bus 4056, that gets to Cape town around 21h50. This bus is an all stations bus and the name on the bus is Rocklands, I am a student and had a late class in cape town. I always take this bus and the last night 28/10/2013 the driver refused to drive to strandfontein leaving 2 females stranded in cape town with no way home.

I am a paying customer and except a better service.

I WANT THIS DRIVER TO BE DEALT WITH!!!
ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED AND HE LEAVES US!!!
