We went to Eastgate on Saturday 1 February 2014, we went to STA to book a holiday. We got there and there was only 1 sales representative on duty, who was already attending to someone else. we waited 30 minutes and the gentleman on duty still hadnt finished with his customers. I think it is completely ridiculous to only have 1 sales representative on duty on a Saturday afternoon, i can only assume it is one of your busiest days as most people work during the week. about 10 minutes in to our waiting, an elderly lady walked in and asked where the other sales reps were, to which the only sales rep on duty replied she just stepped out and will only be a few minutes, another 20 minutes went by without any other sales rep returning. Absolutely shocking service!!
