I am currently on a call for 10 minutes already, all I hear is 'Your call is now first in line and will be answered by the first available representative, thank you for you patience' - How much patience must one have? I am phoning from my mobile, goodbye free minutes. This is my third call, at first I thought there might be something wrong with their system, but this is ridiculous.
Shame on you Dell, your service should be much better!
