As previously written on this website, a follow up on non committal of Cath Hoy promise to me, this lady promised me a better service, she wanted to proove to me that i am complaining for nothing and guess what, her broom swept clean for exactly 5 minutes. she said she will take me under her wing and find me accomodation over the dec period, well she passed the buck to another person who did not get me anything and also Cath Hoy did not even come back to find out if i was sorted out. UTTERLY DISGUSTING.. i have stopped all payments to this company and i will write to all news papers, magazines to let someone know what a false company this is that their promises were never even delivered in the 4 years i have this horrid timeshare.. i will not stop sending bad comments because i know someone out here probally many are or have the same problems we have had since being convinced to join... ONCE THEY HAVE YOU THEIR PROMISES ARE NOT DELIVERED AND NO TAPED INTERVIEWS SO ITS THEIR WORD AGAINST YOURS...
