Shocking - Bad - Poor Customer service

17 Nov - I've logged a complaint on 27 Nov. The airways broke my suitcase. I can never use it again. The handles were broken..

Kulula told me a "Senior Staff member" will give me a call...
ok so i've waited for almost 3 weeks... still no phone call and that from a senior staff member... eish...???

17 Dec - Then I was promised by Ayesha that the Airport Manager would phone me...
I've waited for more than 1 month...

Long story short. SHOCKING CUSTOMER Service!!!

Do you actually know what "Customer Services" mean... and yes I know the MD will phone me now...
