Subsequent to my complaint about the lack of feedback from Kulula on the 23rd Aug, i got a swift response in a couple of hours. One of then refunds dept staff promised to sort out my refund and liase with me for any additional information required to process this, that was 2 weeks ago. I then called yesterday 03 Sept and spoke to a call centre agent who promised to feedback to me before close of business yesterday, still no response a day later. Am wondering if they delibarately taking customers for granted or is it lack of training from staff on customer service. I have posted my frustration on facebook and am suprised as to how many people have gone through the same frustrations. I also wonder if the senior management is aware of this disgusting customer service.
