Please let me know why we need to pay R35 per person per flight to pre-book seats on your website. We are doing the pre-booking, not one of your employees, and we are making your jobs easier by pre-booking.
Don't change something that works well - there was nothing wrong with your old system for paying customers - you've just taken away a major convenience.
