We contacted the Spa to notify them, that we would like an additional person (6 year old boy) to join us on the weekend and for them to kindly advise what the extra cost will be. The booking consultant was very rude in the manner she spoke to me and at the end of the telephonic conversation informed me that she was not willing to authorise my request.

I find this kind of service or better lack thereof that I have paid for unacceptable.
