On more than one occasion this year I have received the worst service imaginable from this branch. This included RUDE assistants being unwilling to help, arguing profusely with me about which books I needed and then refusing to assist with the books I do need.
Even though I am a student, I am still a client and deserved to be treated as such. I believe this quality, or lack thereof, of service from staff, as well as management, is unacceptable and inexplicable in a store that caters mostly to students.
I don't believe all Van Schaik branches treat clients in this manner, but this branch has lost me as a client and I am certain that I am not the only one.
