Shocking Service!!!

A R805, 00 refund which is owed to me by Mango Airlines due to a cancelled flight from their side is still outstanding. I called them on the 6th of Feb 2013, (which according to me was the 14th business day already, as I was told that the entire refund process takes 7-14 business days. I am quite disgusted with the service that I have received from Mango. This was and most definitely will be my very first and last encounter with them and after I've been so inconvenienced due to no fault of my own, I would have loved for them to speed up the process as I'm waiting for my money since the 15th of January. I spoke to Yusuf Mohammed, who is a manager, on the 6th of Feb and cannot believe how unaccommodating he was. He told me that my application is signed off already but will only be processed by the end of next week, which means that I would have waited 30 days which is completely unacceptable. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!
