Pathetic Service in case of an emergency!!!

Passenger had and epileptic attack on our way to the airport which is less that 15mins away from home and I tried calling the airline several times 2 hours before the flight to notify them and find out if we could change the ticket! All numbers on the ticket indicate that the number dialed was incorrect. Called 1023 for an alternate number and was still given the same incorrect number 08611 62646
Eventually got another call center number and helded on for over 20mins and there was no answer!
How can we rely on Mango in the case of an emergency???
Never again will I use this airline the service is pathetic yet mango says that we need to notify them in advance if changes need to be made yet how do we do that if we cannot get through to you guys however yourll are to quick to say that the ticket will be forfeited yet I called early!!!

Mango is useless in the case of an emergency!!!
