Do not fly BA. flights are always delayed

Every time I fly BA from PE in the afternoon their flights are delayed. Last time for 7 & 1/2 hours, this time 40 mins and increasing every time I look at the time table. Why do you not call and inform me, why do you keep trying to get so many return trips done to jhb. You have proved you useless
