To whom it may concern
I drove in citiliner bus from Johannesburg to cape town
The drivers on the bus had no respect and no manners, there was no air, dirty seats, dirty toilets, no toilet paper aswell
When I asked the driver to put the air on he gave me attitude and refused to do so, asked him to put the television on he refused to do so aswell
And gave me attitude and said i must do it myself now as customer that is not acceptable
No discipline and no manners at all ..he wasnt just rude with me but with other passengers aswell
Due to the heat in the bus with those long hours my younger brother had a chest problem.please could you resolve this matter its not acceptable.
