Unfair business practice

On the 10/01/2013 just after 8:00 i bought a ticket at shoprite at Jan Kempdorp for my brother who is in Pretoria to travel to warrenton. The bus was scheduled to depart 11:45. My brother missed the bus so i decided to contact the call centre for a reschedule. A woman who introduced herself as malebo told me greyhound wont allow a reschedule and the since the ticket is with me there is nothing she can do for me. I told her there is a reference number on the ticket andnthat can be used to assist in that regard, She then put me on hold for several minutes before hanging the phone. I will never Travel Gryhound not with the kind of service i recieved. Miss the bus they take away all your money.
