Refusal to refund bus tickey

> I bought a ticket for Greyhound from Cape Town to Umthatha for 19/10/2013. I bought the ticket from Checkers at N1 City. I waited for the bus from 19:00 at Metropolitan Place in Bellville. I waited till 20:00 then I asked the security who informed me the bus no longer comes there but at another place in Bellville. I called Greyhound number 0839159000. They told me the bus has already left and is approaching Stellenbosch. I asked what would be the next station. I was told its Somerset West, we drove to Somerset West. When we arrived, we were told the bus has left. We drove to Strand, N2 near Shell garage as we could not see a sign of the bus. I again call Greyhound and they say the bus is in Somerset West and would not stop in the highway. Regardless I decided to take my chances. We waited till 21:30 with no sign of bus

> On Sunday I went to Checkers for a refund but I was told I must go to Greyhound offices in Cape Town. In Greyhound offices I was told, they do not give refunds. I must ask Checkers where I bought the ticket

Greyhound and Checkers are refusing to give me my money>
