No Satisfaction from Manage

On the 16 Dec 2012 I booked 3 tickets from Richards Bay to Midrand for the 30 Dec 2012. The bus was supposed to leave at 10.05 am that morning from Mc Donalds in Richards Bay. Everyone was eventually on the bus as we thought it was going to leave at 10.05. It was so hot that I got off to get some air and asked the driver that we were still leaving at 10.05am, he replied yes. We waited and waited, eventually we asked what the problem was. Only then did he tell us that the bus would not start and that they were waiting for the mechanic. Not the driver nor the hostess came anywhere near the people sitting outside to inform us of any problems. We had to ask the mechanic what was going on. We eventually got going at 11.35. 1 Hour 30 min late. The bus was so hot by then but we thought ok the aircon will cool it down. It worked for about 30 min and would not longer work. I asked the hostess what was the problem and she said they dont know they will need to ask the mechanic. That was the last I heard from her about it and there was no more aircon. We eventually arrived in Midrand 2 hours 30 min late. I am appalled at the way Greyhound treats their customers. Especially the elderly. Disgust
