Did not put my booking on hold

I contacted SAA call centre to inform them that I wont be able to travel on the 18 September can only travel on the 4th Nov, call centre agent inform me that ticket is valid for a year (18 Sept 2014) I should go to SAA and pay $150. today I went to SAA to reschedule the ticket, they told me that the we have forfeited the ticket the ticket was not put on hold. i contacted call centre again spoke to Zama checked and find out no notes were left on the ticked and put me through to Tshepo could not help asked to speak with the HEAD of The Department Gracia who promised to get back to me before tomorrow 2pm. Now just received a call from Lukele says they cant find my call gave them the number i but still gave them the number i used. Am so disappointed with SAA we have been using them for long time and the ticket is worth almost 12k. How can they waist my time my money I spent 3 hrs on the phone with them again. THIS IS VERY BAD FOR BRAND LIKE SAA TO BE GIVING ITS CUSTOMERS SUCH SERVICE, AM IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY FOR ALL OUR FLIGHTS WE ARE USING SAA BUT AFTER THIS SERVICE WE ARE DEFINITELY CHANGING OUR FLIGHTS WE WILL NO LONGER USE THEM, TODAY I CUD NOT DO MY WORK WAS BUSY WITH THM
