I have been travelling with coaches for sometime. This time it has gone to far! I purchased a ticket from Greyhound travelling from Potchefstroom to Pretoria. We were notified that the bus will be 2H30min late. I was only notified after purchasing the ticket with travel plans already set. What upsets me even more, that is NOT acceptable is the fact I won't be receiving what I paid for, I purchased a ticket on the GREYHOUND coach and NOT a mega coach. Less comfort for the same price! I paid for a service and expect to receive what I paid for. This is not the first time and simply complaining at their customer care does not help.
