Fitted a 190 Litre Alliance Air heat pump 2 years ago. Installation was done by Efficient Air with a 5 year warranty. When the unit stopped working I contacted Gerhard and has been struggling for more than 5 months now to get the problem resolved. Gerhard is now not answering my calls and is not interested in resolving the problem. I have not received one call back from him since the problem started.
Please do not deal with this company or man!
