I have an ADSL account and Telkom is my ISP as well. About a month ago, my internet stopped working. I have reported the problem a number of times, each time with different feedback. The feedback included that the problem is on my side, that there is no problem, that the problem has been fixed, that they are working on the problem and that it is a bulk problem. Up to today, I cannot get an answer of when they will have the problem fixed.
